Cancellation Policy

Non-refundable and Non-reschedulable Thank you for your interest in our ticket group sessions. Please carefully read and understand the following policy regarding ticket purchases: 1. Non-Refundable Policy: All ticket purchases for our group sessions are non-refundable. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances. 2. Non-Reschedulable Policy: We do not offer the option to reschedule tickets for our group sessions. Once a ticket is purchased, the session date and time cannot be changed. 3. Confirmation: Please ensure that the date and time of the session are suitable for you before purchasing the ticket. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm your commitment to attending the session at the specified date and time. 4. No Exceptions: Our non-refundable and non-reschedulable policy applies to all ticket purchases, regardless of the reason for cancellation or rescheduling. 5. Transferability: Tickets are transferable. The ticket can be transferred to another person. 6. Late Arrival: Participants are expected to arrive on time for the session. Late arrivals may not be accommodated, and entry to the session may be denied without refund. 7. Cancellation by Organizer: In the rare event that the organizer cancels a session due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified, and efforts will be made to reschedule the session. If rescheduling is not possible, participants will receive a full refund. 8. Terms Acceptance: by purchasing a ticket for our group session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
